Villa Bayram is located in the Gulpinar region of Dalyan, just a ten minute walk from the town centre and within easy reach of all local amenities and activities.  The area is mostly private residential villas and so is both quiet and uncrowded.

 

The villa overlooks the mountains to the west and there is nothing more enjoyable in the evening than to sit and sip a drink on the top balcony and watch the sun set over the top of them.

 

The open plan ground floor has settees and armchairs around the traditional open fireplace and a living room area with TV, DVD and Xbox, plus a separate downstairs toilet. There is a wide selection of DVDs to entertain all ages and a massive range of Xbox games as well.  There is a separate work area with computer table and printer (the villa has internet access),  hi-fi system and a selection of music, books and board games. 

 

The kitchen has the all standard appliances (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and bean to cup machine) with an ample quantity of cutlery, crockery and other necessary kitchenware. There is an extending dining table and 8 chairs for indoor meals as well as the al fresco dining area on the patio.

 

The outside terrace has a wooden table and chairs and a built in barbecue.

 

The pool area comprises a large kidney shaped pool, separate children's pool and jacuzzi and plenty of room for relaxing on the many sunbeds. Beach towels for the pool area are provided as well as sunbeds and parasols.
